Customer Liaison Technical Support in Greenville, SC & LAwton, OK                                  

Please read job description and requirements, only those with required experience please apply. Manufacturing and/or Technical experience (Tire manufacturing experience preferred) in either maintenance or production with ability to understand and troubleshoot various processes and equipment using root cause analysis tools.  Experience in preparing and presenting concise reports with background data, evaluated root cause analysis and suggested solutions along with quality, delivery and cost metrics to all levels of management including Plant Managers.  Skilled at interfacing with the customer as required at all levels from operators, maintenance personnel and Supervisors/Area Managers.  Identify and propose areas of potential improvement and opportunities for K + S Services and its customers.

  • Following corporate methods and procedures.
  • Ability to show root cause analysis.
  • Identify potential improvement and opportunities.
  • Monitor day to day product flow to report on company delivery targets.  Monitor the Customers stock minimum levels and report the results.
  • Report repairs that do not meet company quality.
  • Interface with Customer Service, Operations, Customers and Sales as required to resolve issues/answer questions.
  • Coordinate changing delivery/priority requirements as necessary.
  • Visit customer sites to resolve issues, obtain knowledge, or identify new opportunities.
  • Identify needs for new capabilities/resources and coordinate implementation.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by Manager.
